In Entertainment India Limited (INE) make its best efforts to arrange for the ordered goods from various destination for the up most satisfaction of the customers requirement and in case of any delay in executing the order of the customer shall always beyond the control of the In Entertainment India Limited (INE) due to the various factors involved in the import of goods specially for the customer and all such delay if any is only a procedural aspects involved in the shipment of goods.
  • All orders go through under brand code and product verification process which might delay some order execution if there is any discrepancy in the order.
  • For smooth processing and execution of your order please provide us with a valid billing address.
  • All packages are shipped through Indian Post or courier as applicable and require signature of the concerned party at time of delivery.
  • If the package is returned to for the reason of no one was there to sign for it, to ship such packages back to customer will beat an additional a shipping free charges.
  • If you are getting the package shipped to an apartment building, please mention the details of address to your building supervisor, reception personal or neighbor for proper delivery of parcel for and on behalf of you as your representative If someone authorized by you signs for the package at the address provided by the customer, it will be termed as prompt and correct delivery and collection of delivered items from the authorized person's possession shall be of the responsibility of customer. We do suggest your work address as shipping address if no one is going to be available to sign for the package at your home.
  • Once the package has been shipped to customers, it cannot be rerouted to another address. For any such change of address it would need to come back to the warehouse for the purpose of shipment to a new destination after address verification. The customer will be charged extra for the shipping to the new address.
  • We do not provide any pick up service from our warehouse; all products are shipped to the customer's address only...
  • We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors, design and quality of our products that appear at the Site. However, as the actual colors and design you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color or design will be accurate. In Entertainment India Limited (INE) stands by every product we sell and we want you to be completely satisfied with the purchase you make. If any In Entertainment India Limited (INE) purchase does not meet your expectations, you may return the item within 15 days of the date of receipt for a full Credit Note (less) the original shipping and handling. Products can be returned to us for Repair/ Replacement/ Credit Notes within 15 days of delivery (receipt of items).

Terms of Returns Acceptance:

  • We will only accept a return if is in same condition as received. Any item returned that shows improper use, improper handling or physical damaged/torn out box, missing manuals parts & accessories will be returned back to buyer. Item returned in any box that is not the original box will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender.

  • All warranty services mentioned in our listing can be availed by sending the product back to us at the cost of buyer.
  • Any goods received in damaged condition due to improper packing may not qualify for Refunds.
  • If found DOA damaged on arrival the buyer is responsible for returning the product safely to use to the best possible & reputed courier company. A Replacement will be given for the same upon receipt of such product by the company.
  • Return postage to be borne by the customer.
  • All refund can take up to 15 business days to process from the date of refund is approved for the account and a request has been made in our system under banking norms.
  • Customer who have received defective product are entitled for free exchange with a new unit of the same model, but if the customer wants to exchange the defective or non defective product for a new unit of a different model, they will be charged 15% restocking fee on the cost of the product in addition to the hipping fee for the new product.
  • We at In Entertainment India Limited (INE) will not be able to cancel orders that have already been processed and shipped out by us to customers. Refunds in case of Credit cards will be normally processed by us within 30 working days and in case of Debit cards the same would be normally processed by us within 30 working days.
  • In Entertainment India Limited (INE) reserves the right to deny any return.
  • Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. If your order is cancelled after your credit card has been charged, the said amount will be refunded.
